ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property consisting the land with building measuring 1200 sq.ft. comprised in Block No.11, Ward No.001, O.d S.No.59, Old T.S.No.43, New T.S.No.43/1, situated at Sembium Town, Perambur Taluk, Chennai District based on her application dated 29.04.2024 and representation dated 13.06.2024 within any reasonable time as this Court may deem fit.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property to an extent of 1200 sq.ft. through a registered sale deed dated 14.09.2001 and she constructed a house and living there with her family members. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application for issuance of 2/4

patta, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 29.04.2024 and representation dated 13.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
