Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarifi Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order (Na Ka No. Nil) dated 19.11.2020 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry therein.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and that he may be granted leave to agitate his right in the manner known to law. 2.It is made clear that a Writ of Mandamus will not lie against the Registering Authority for cancellation of a registered document.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
