Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Cr.No.343 of 2011 on the file of the complainant police, CCB XV Team, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same insofar as it relates to these petitioners herein.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.343 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Cr.No.343 of 2011 and charge sheet is also made ready. For filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court, learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks permission. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that in the said charge sheet, the petitioners were shown only as witnesses.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the learned Magistrate is directed to receive the same and proceed further as per law.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
