Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to accept the petitioners mode of study certificate-Tamil medium dated 01.07.2014 issued by the University concerned for the B.Ed. Course of the Academic year 2007-2008 and consequential direction to the respondents to award weightage marks to the petitioner as per the Rule of Reservation for Tamil medium candidates in TNTET-2013 selection and accordingly publish the results.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's mode of study certificate-Tamil medium, dated 01.07.2014, issued by the University concerned for the B.Ed. Course of the Academic year 2007-2008 and consequential direction to the respondents to award weightage marks to the petitioner as per the Rule of Reservation for Tamil medium candidates in TNTET-2013 selection and accordingly publish the results.

2. The petitioner sought for the benefit of Tamil Medium Certificate in respect of the Teachers Eligibility Test conducted in the year 2013. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in the writ petition lost its relevance as the Teachers Eligibility Test of the year 2013 had been concluded in the year 2013 and results had been published. For this purpose, no further direction needs to be required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
