This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent/contesting respondent has no objection in allowing this condone delay petition.

4. Considering the above submission and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
