O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the writ petitioner dated 21.07.2017 and 14.06.2017.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she was appointed by the third respondent/management to serve as a Post Graduate Assistant in Mathematics on a consolidated salary. The petitioner was removed from service without any notice and without any order passed by the third respondent/management.

3. However, the fact remains that the appointment of the writ petitioner has not been approved by the competent Educational Authorities. Thus, the writ petitioner cannot maintain the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. If at all the writ petitioner is aggrieved, it is well open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent forum for the purpose of redressing her grievances.

5. This being the factum, this Court is of the considered opinion that the relief sought for in the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation cannot be granted and accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
