This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the lands and lay survey stones and further direct the respondents 3 and 4 to offer protection in the exercise of measuring the land. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for a survey of the subject property and for laying the boundary stones.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already called the parties for preliminary enquiry on 23.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel submitted that the second respondent after conducting the preliminary enquiry will take a decision with regard to the survey of the property through the first respondent. 3.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and also one Sankar and any other interested party and shall take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
