ORDER

The petitioners have come up with this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the TASMAC Shop No.9048 and attached Bar situated at Poochi Athipedu Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
