This petition is filed to bring the petitioners on record as appellants.

2. The sole appellant in the above appeal is dead and his legal representatives have filed this petition to bring them on record as appellants 1 to 3 in the place of the deceased sole appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Since the petitioners are the legal representatives of the sole appellant, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
