This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9001 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Katpadi on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9001 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Katpadi on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
