A. No.3317 of 2024, has been filed to issue subpoena to the Administrative Officer, Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre and Research Institute, Porur, Chennai 600 116 to produce the medical records of Late V.Ganesan for the periods from 12.08.2008 to 22.08.2008, pending disposal of the T.O.S.

2. The subject TOS is in a part heard stage and in view of the contradictory evidence brought on record, the Applicant wants some records from the Hospital concerned.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly concedes that he has no serious objections for the Application being ordered.

4. In view of the above, the Application is ordered and the Registry is directed to handover the subpoena to the Administrative Officer, Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre and Research Institute, Porur, Chennai 600 116 to produce the medical records of Late V.Ganesan for the periods from 12.08.2008 to 22.08.2008 to the learned counsel for the Applicant in person, so that the delay that will be caused in adopting the usual course can be avoided. The said records shall be produced within a period of four weeks.

5. Post the matter on 07.08.2024.
