The writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from interfering into petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of property(dwelling house) in Survey No.234/3 an extent of 350 sq.ft. at Andimadam Village Udayarpalayam Taluk Ariyalur District and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his claim to grant of patta under the special scheme for the said land within stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
