ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 12.03.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 302 and 393 r/w 34 IPC in S.C.No.57 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur @ Poonamallee in Crime No.429 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the case is pending at trial stage, the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court for hearing, the trial Court had issued NBW against the petitioner on 03.02.2020 Further, the petitioner was arrested on 12.03.2020 and remanded to judicial custody.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now ready to appear before the trial Court and to abide by any stringent conditions imposed by this Court. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner and the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court for hearing. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is one previous cases pending as against the petitioner and the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court,, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
