This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur to dispose of C.C.No.869 of 2013. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for 1/4

the respondent police states that out of 19 listed witnesses, 9 witnesses examined and 10 more witnesses to be examined. Summons to LW.9 to LW.11 issued. The next date of hearing is 06.08.2024 and one of the accused reported dead.

Considering the fact that C.C.No.869 of 2013 arising out of incident occurred during the month of May 2010 to April 2011 and final report filed in the year 2013, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of three months from 06.08.2024. The prosecution shall marshal their witnesses as per summons issued by the trial Court and cooperate for the trial.
