ORDER

This application has been filed to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Prasad, Sr.Legal Executive, as receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing submitted that the receiver appointed by this Court, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant.
