This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 29 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Case.

2. Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) has put in appearance for the 1st respondent and Mr. Anish Gopi, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Both the counsel have no objection for allowing this petition as the delay is only 29 days.

3. On being satisfied and convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 29 days in filing the present Criminal Revision is condoned.
