ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to initiate appropriate recovery action as against the 2nd respondent by the first respondent and to recover the compensation amount of Rs.4,09,224/- together with interest under the Revenue Recovery Act.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that recovery proceedings had already been initiated against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2nd respondent and recovered compensation amount of Rs.4,09,224/- and the said amount had been deposited before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour-II, Chennai-6 to the credit of W.C.No.70/2011, by receipt dated 22.03.2013. A copy of said receipt has also been produced before this court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy, if any, before the first respondent, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
