Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to return the annual returns form VI and Form VII submitted by the 3rd respondent for the period from 2005-2006 to 2017-2018 consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return the amendments made in the bye laws by the 3rd respondent during the AGMs held in the years 2006, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016.
