O R D E R
The petitioners/De-facto Complainants have filed the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to cancel the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court on 03.01.2022 to the 2nd respondent/accused herein in Crl.O.P.No.25695 of 2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/de-facto complainants would submit that the second respondent/accused has failed to comply the earlier order passed by this Court on 03.01.2022. Hence, he prays for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
3. Mr.S. Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would also submit that the second respondent has not complied with the conditions regularly and he has not cooperated with the investigation officer for speedy investigation. Hence, he prays to cancel the anticipatory bail.

4. Since the second respondent/accused has failed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, not co-operated for further investigation, the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent/accused is hereby cancelled.
