No.232 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-ordinate Judge , Kallakurichi.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
