ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting interim order by order dated 27.03.2025 in C.R.P.No.4295 of 2024 and C.M.P.No.23875 of 2024.

2.Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, though the petitioner could not deposit the amount as directed by this Court within time, now the petitioner is ready with the cash and he is ready to deposit the amount even tomorrow. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objections.

3.Therefore, the petitioner is granted time till 26.06.2025 to deposit the amount as directed by this Court. On such deposit, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount by filing necessary application before the Execution Court.
