CR.NO.7 OF 2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that was imposed on her while granting Anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.7918 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.12414 of 2016 order dated 28/06/2017.[CRL.MP.505/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SHANKER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this Petition seeking to modify the conditions imposed in the Anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12414 of 2016, by an order dated 21.06.2016, which was modified in Crl.M.P.No.7918 of 2017, by an order of this Court, dated 28.06.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/A7 is shown as an accused along with other family members and that she has complied with other conditions, except the fact that she is unable to execute the bond and produce title deeds of property worth Rs.5 lakhs, either in her name or in the name of her blood relatives. He pleaded that the petitioner/A7 may be permitted to produce title deeds of property belonging to any other person, which will not have any encumbrance and that she may be further permitted to execute two sureties of Rs.1 lakh each, either of her blood relative or any other person.

Taking note of the said submissions, the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12414 of 2016, is modified to the following effect:
(i) The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties (either of her blood relative or any other
person) each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Jurisdictional Court concerned;
(ii)The petitioner shall deposit title deeds of a property worth Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) standing either in her name or in the name of her blood relative or any other person, which shall be free from encumbrance, to the credit of C.C.No.5 of 2017 on the file of the Special Judge (under TNPID Act cases), Chennai.

Other conditions stipulated in the order dated 21.06.2016 shall stand unaltered. Time for complying with the conditions stipulated in this order is extended till 28.02.2018. -sd/- 02/02/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
