Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make necessary changes in the Town Survey Land Register in respect of petitioner's property in Town Survey No.44/2, Old S.No.251/2 incorporating the correct old Survey number instead of Survey No.263/2 and also to incorporate the petitioner's name in necessary columns therein. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for necessary changes in the Town Survey Land Register with respect to the subject matter property by correcting the old survey number and also by incorporating the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry on 30.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present before the 4th respondent along with relevant documents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
