ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of investigation in any manner without adopting due process.

2. In continuation to the order passed by this Court on 02.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 14.06.2026 he had sent an amount of Rs.72,000/- to Tabithal Ammal which was returned back by Tabithal Ammal to the petitioner. The same is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry in C.S.R.No.40 of 2026 within a period of two months and the petitioner, if required, to be called for enquiry through summons.
