This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.1789 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week, and thereafter on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
