This writ petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents 3rd to 5th to give police protection to Petitioner by considering his representation dated 25.05.2026, during festival of A/m. Alamarathu Karupparayan Temple, Kedarai Village, Nambiyur Taluk, Erode District which falls on 01.06.2026 to 02.06.2026 2.

It is seen the date on which the festival had been proposed to be conducted has already lapsed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this

writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
