(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) When the matter had come up on 02.01.2026, we passed the following order:- "Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with file noting dated 20.10.2014 of Hon'ble Justice V.Ramasubramanian, that reads as follows:
'Since the present writ petition is based upon an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a Public interest litigation in W.P.Nos.34709 of 2013 and 4040 of 2014, dated 3.6.2014 and also a review application arising out of the said order has already been heard and judgment reserved, office to obtain appropriate orders of My Lord the Hon'ble The Chief Justice 3/6
to post this Writ Petition before the same Division Bench.'
2.Ms.Subbulakshmi, learned counsel appears for the petitioner reports no instructions. Notice has not been issued to any of the respondents, as the matter is effectively listed only now after institution. 3.Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R4 and R6. For the moment, and pending a confirmation from the petitioner's counsel that they are pursuing the writ petition, no notice is issued to R5, R7 and R8, the contesting respondents.
