The petitioner has moved the present writ petition to dispose of the Appeal filed by him on 04.03.2009 before the 1st respondent. However, 14 years lapsed and it is not made clear, whether the appeal has been disposed or not.

2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the appeal pending before the 1st respondent and 1st respondent shall dispose of the same, if it has not been disposed of.
