PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuance to the order of the 1st respondent made in G.O.(D) 630 (Labour and Employment (E1) Department, dated 09.12.2013 and quash the same only in respect of 6th respondent is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as the Labour Officer with effect from 09.12.2013.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuance to the order of the 1st respondent made in G.O.(D) 630 (Labour and Employment (E1) Department, dated 09.12.2013 and quash the same only in respect of 6th respondent is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as the Labour Officer with effect from 09.12.2013.

2. On 03.12.2024, the following order was passed by this Court: "When the matter was taken on 30.10.2024 and also on 13.11.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Post the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 05.12.2024."

3. Even today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
