ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b) and 302 of IPC in Crime No.147 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a rivalry between the petitioner's group and the defacto complainant's group from the year 2019 and the petitioner along with other accused committed murder of one Kannadasan. Hence, the complaint,

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that A1 to A4 grouply attacked the deceased person with iron rod and he had lost his life. Apart from that, the petitioner is having three previous cases. Hence he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is three previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
