This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings recorded by the third respondent District Revenue Officer in the Peace Committee Meeting conducted in respect of the administration of Sri Yenipali Pachaiamman-Sri Mannada Swamy Temple and also who has the first right in the administration of the temple.

Now, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the entire issue with regard to the administration of the temple is seized by the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department under Section 63 of the HR & CE Act besides a Fit Person has also been appointed. Further, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the writ petition is only academic in nature and the parties will agitate their rights before the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side is recorded.
