This application has been filed to amend the Crime No.68 of 2023 on the file of the respondent instead of Crime No.62 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11975 of 2023 vide order dated 26.05.2023 in Crime No.62 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.11975 of 2023, dated 26.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
