ASHA, J, There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings on condition that the appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,71,516/- rounded of to Rs.2,71,600/-, together with interest at 7.5% on this amount from the date of filing of the claim petition till date of deposit to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.470 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Salem, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed. The amount so deposited shall not be withdrawn without leave of this Court.

2.Post the matter after six weeks.
