The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District as condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.11970/2023 vide order dated 26.05.2023 in Crime No.56/2023 on the file of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner, to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
