This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 15.04.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.9094 of 2025

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
