O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent vide their proceeding Official Memorandum R.O.C.No.4860/1981/D2 dated 01.10.2013 rejecting the request of the petitioners to allot the existing pathway to the public in the vacant land gifted to the judiciary and quash the same. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
