This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7349 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9277 of 2023 on 26.05.2023 to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
