ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to finalize and pass orders in the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the disciplinary proceedings had already been concluded and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
