2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 10.06.2024 bearing reference Ku.No.05-1/Encroachment/2024/E.Po' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Panneer Selvam, counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that original impugned order was misplaced. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Page Nos.1/3

Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: M.SUNDAR, J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., mk 'I respectfully submit that I have received the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Ku.No.051/Encroachment/2024/E.Po/dated 10.06.2024 requiring me to remove the alleged encroachment made in Survey No.222 situated at Velliraveli Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District on 14.06.2024 and the same was misplaced.'

5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
