ORDER
The petitioner is called absent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader who appears for R1 to R3, has no instructions in the matter, though a counter has been filed on 12.11.2014. There is no appearance for R4, despite description of name being printed in the cause list.
3. The petitioner seeks a Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose representation dated 06.09.2014. The Court is unaware at this distance of time, as to whether the representation has indeed been disposed. In the counter filed by the second respondent / Block Development Officer, several allegations raised as against R4 in the writ affidavit have been denied.
4. At Paragraph 7 onwards, the counter states as follows: "7. It is further submitted that as per the Petitioner representation, the proper course of action taken by the 2nd respondent authorized the Deputy Block Development Officer along with Senior Assistant Officer for enquiry on 15.9.2014 from the Beneficiaries by direct visit and concluding a investigating report from the versions and statements of all the beneficiaries was recorded and submitted to the 2nd respondent to take further steps with regard to this issue and the Deputy B.D.O have also conducted meeting in this regard as per inquiry report made thereby it was found that the 4th respondent did not ask or demand any bribe from any of the house beneficiaries.

It is further submitted that the Representation made by the petitioner as averred in Para 5 of the Affidavit by the Petitioner, have been enquired and verified, and after making enquiry it was found that all grievance claimed by the petitioner are phony. As petitioner has not given any documentary evidence corroborating his grievance and all the evidence which the petitioner claims to be vague and imaginary. Therefore, the petitioner cannot make a prima facie case out of the allegation herein presented in the present writ petition and basing on the above circumstances the petitioner representation was disposed off on 30.09.2014 and the same was reply of the Petitioner representation
was sent through speed post on 17.11.2014.
9. It is further submitted that the Village Panchayat meeting, resolution no.17/2013, dated 22.11.2013 have been enclosed. The Beneficiary Selection Minutes of meeting conducted by the Village Panchayat has been enclosed for the reference of the Hon'ble Court."
5. In light of the aforesaid narration in the counter and since the representation of the petitioner stands effectively disposed, nothing survives in this writ petition.
