ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections as 318(2), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 [ 417, 294, 506(1) of IPC] read with Sections 5 (1)(n) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 read with Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, instead of Sections 318(2), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2024 read with Section 5(1)(n) of the POCSO Act, 2012 read with Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and the satisfaction Court as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi instead of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet in order dated 09.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8447 of 2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Page No.2 of 4

Crl.O.P.No.8447 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8447 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.
