ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition (c) the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14610 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
