ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that though the writ petition is filed seeking direction from this Court, to direct the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
suspension period from 23.06.2014 to the petitioner. However, it is further submitted that on the earlier occasion, the two proceedings issued by the 5th respondent were quashed by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2020 in WP.No.20783/2014 and, hence, the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly he prays for closure of this petition. 2.Recoding the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed. However, There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
