Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.418/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Honble Special Judge at Karaikal by judgment dated 27.06.2019 in Special S.C.No.1 of 2018 enlarge him on bail pending appeal.

Appeal No.418/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KRITIKA KAMAL.P Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
