This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1062 of in Crl.O.P.No.29503 of 2022, by order dated 31.01.2023

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
