2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner/ appellant shall pay necessary Court fee within a period of four weeks. However, if any other applications are filed and if it is in order, the Registry is directed to number those applications.
