2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8871 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9019 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 is relaxed.
