This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed 4th appellant as legal representative of deceased 2nd appellant.

2. Ms.R.Meenal, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 2nd appellant died on 17.09.2020. Hence, she has filed the above petition to bring on record her legal representatives.

3. Mr.M.R.Thangavel, learned counsel for 2nd and 3rd respondents appeared and submitted his no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 2nd appellant is impleaded as 4th appellant in the above Second Appeal.
