ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in para 5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further

orders, in Crl.OP.No.31641 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
