Prayer :- Petition is filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents respondent willful disobedience of the order of this court dated 24.06.2019 made in W.P.No.26448 of 2016 (Common Order in W.P.Nos.26447, 26448, 26592 of 2016, 3907 of 2017 and 9623 of 2018).

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Diary No.18591 dated 04.01.2021 wherein further proceedings in Cont.P.No.2023 of 2019 in W.P.No,.26447 of 2016 has been stayed.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition.
